  They have charged 1000 dollar for move out charges despite a hefty 2600 lease cancellation. I have asked for explanation from them. They don't respond to calls saying manager busy. they say they will call and then they send to Debt collection despite you mailing that this should not go to debt collection and you have to pay extra fine and credit card charge. Their attitude is that they will charge whatever they like. We have cleaned the apartment with their professional. Please stay away from this aparment with snakes and 2 months once maintenance.
