  I would not rent from this company! We tried to rent from them, picked out a unit, printed the lease and sent a check. Then we never heard from them, so we emailed to see if they got our check and rental agreement. They said in the time we sent our check the unit got booked so pick a different unit. Ok, I tried to pick a different unit and they never responded to our emails or phone calls. Finally we cancelled the check with our bank for a fee. One day about a month later the lease and check were returned to us from this company with no explanation. At least they didn't try to scam our money. Good luck if you give them a try.

  Loved our stay with this company. Rented a 2 bed condo in Old Town. The unit was fresh, clean, and just as nice as the photos. The office staff was easy to work with and the gentleman who met us at check in was very knowledgeable about the area and fun things to do.
  
  This was our 1st time renting a home -vs- hotel. It will not be our last!
